Well, now you can! At a discounted price! The Seattle Humane Society is offering a special promotion between now and May 31st, promoting their "fuller figured felines". 1$ per pound on adult cats 1 years old or older will be discounted. "Seattle Humane Society says many cats that are surrendered to shelters are overweight." This is an awesome opportunity to rescue an adult cat. You will have a new buddy to start feeding right and playing with to get them to a healthier weight. I have always thought fat cats were cute, but an overweight cat can develope health problems.

Every cat at the Seattle Humane Society has been spayed or neutered, microchipped and vaccinated and have been tested for Feline Leukemia. They go home with a certificate for an examination by the King County vet of your choice, as well as their very own collar and identification tag.
Seattle Humane is located at 13212 SE Eastgate Way in Bellevue. They are open from noon to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

Read more about this promotion at the Seattle Humane Society website.
